It's a bit like the price tag. We want our players to have high value and opposition players to have low values. De Goey is two first rounders but Taranto is only a first rounder.

Bobby Hill is one I'm really looking forward to getting in the squad. I think he adds to our forward line and has genuine pace! Watching his crumb work, he does get in really good positions. If Sidey and Jaicos can help him learn to play some wing, I think we're going to reap a huge reward for little payment.
McStay I'm split with... I think we could do with him, but not at that price!! I get it takes money to attract FAs, but he seriously can't have a huge demand!

I would prefer Grundy to stay, but his actions seem like he doesn't want to stay.
Mitchell would be great to get with Hawks paying some of his wage. We could move Pendlebury out of the midfield which might extend his career.

Frampton, meh. I'm not sold on any of our rucks... is Begg worth persisting with?
I know we were interested in Schache out of Brisbane, could be desisted by dogs... I'd be interested in kicking his tyres. Wouldn't cost much.

Oh man I totally missed that getting Taranto was a trade scenarios, so not only will Richmond have to pay top dollar they will also have to give up multiple picks.

Bobby Hill to Pies is DONE. LOCK IT IN. The only possible change will be to go to Norf to play with his cousin, who is moving from the ‘Aints.
Also Hopper has only been interested in the Tigers. That is, Tigers are gunning for Hopper AND Taranto. Hopper to Cats was news to my GWS mate… it’s been the Tigers from the very start.

Yeah, its now looking like Ollie is more inclined to leave than stay now. Which is real disappointing.
Would be very nice it is comes to fruition. Frampton if he is up to it at FB. Logue CHB. Moore possibly forward with McStay, Checkers, AJ, Ginni and Beau

How many of us have actually spoken with the people we claim to have? It normally ramps up about now but at least one poster per page claims they have spoken to their [INSERT NAME AND LINK HERE] friend or their friend of a friend said or their mail is. I doubt anywhere near as many players would be as loose lipped as some claim they are nor would their friends be so forthcoming with information.
There are some on here - Apex and Jen - who have quite legitimate links that are consistently proven correct (and I'm sure there are others). Honestly, take some lessons from the tabloids and get better fictional sources so at least sounds plausible.
