Love this man. Superstar shinboner. So great to see the club welcoming him around. Seems to have been missing, and somewhat undervalued and under appreciated for too long as one of our most highly decorated superstars.

He was breathtaking to watch. One of my highlights of that era. He just glided and floated through the air

interesting to see off-season media from other clubs.

Themanbun thoughts on Hawks clip?

Mate their SandC are the best in the biz and this clip shows why.

Absolute focus on big weight, under 3 reps, for bread and butter compound lifts. Really targeting those Type 2 muscle fibres and firing up the nervous system. No bullshit exercises. Lots of blokes around watching to pump up the nervous system and smash out a PB, and that means big rest breaks, which is spot on. They're training like sprinters and it's perfect.

At one point I was like "all they need is an overcoming isometric" and then I saw one against the plate rack. Chef's kiss.

The Murdochs have finally sold Foxtel (and Kayo).

Thats huge.

Wonder what it’ll mean for footy coverage.

Hopefully they can do the following

1. Turn Derms mic to mute at the 10 sec mark of any ramblings

2. Remove Dwayne from North games

3. Introduce Driver Cam for F1 here

I doubt it will have much impact on the upcoming season, or even the current rights deal. DAZN are known for their streaming options at a price, so the FTA crowd are probably not going to be happy long-term. For those of us already on the Kayo/Foxtel wagon, hopefully it leads to more streaming options and even things like "home team callers" like in US sports (which has been trialled here a little already).

Can DAZN stream on third world bandwidth better than Rupert could?

Thats the test, no dropping out, blotchy images etc.

On 100mpbs download fibre to the home i cannot fault any of the streaming services

If that’s a little compo for living in the bush so be it
Just wait until DAZN take over and apply their broadcast standards. You will wish you never invested in that 86 inch beast. It will be like watching on 7 Two in standard definition.

We're about to return to the ranks of "developing nations" like the UK.

Not according to my Sky F1 Uk friends

My mate signed up and streamed the Fury fight against Usyk, paid the extra 30 bucks for the priviledge. First 3 rounds missed from buffering. Rest of the bout had no commentary. Luckily the tv survived.

There are many people hoping that they adopt or retain the Kayo 4K transmission technology over the FHD they currently use for broadcast. Who knows? Maybe they will deploy the kayo tech worldwide if it, hubl and/or streammotion are part of the deal or if agreements can be reached.

I was kind of enjoying 4k sport transmissions.
