The Wooshette Medal

It was a leaner than usual season as far as goals went, but it wasn't enough for this person to add 47 goals to the 874 he already had. And that was enough for this person to add a third Wooshette Medal to the two he already had. So without any further ado, let's hear it for the season 37 Wooshette Medal for leading goal kicker, the one and only The Filth Wizard !!!

Although it doesn't come as much of a surprise given that he won the Mobbs Medal this season, the fact that pantskyle is now a five (5) time Frankston Rover Medal winner is absolutely astounding! Mazel tov mate, thoroughly deserved but for f*ck sake stop hogging them!

So pantskyle takes out the season 37 Frankie with 44 votes. His fifth victory, a record that may never be matched.

Early leader FootyGuy13 polled two best on's in the last two games to come second on 29 votes, two ahead of oldmate with Piggy Smalls another two behind to pick up a fourth place finish while sophomore Ocha905 finished in fifth place on 22 votes.

Fellow Roo fan The Filth Wizard finished on 20 votes to come sixth, former Frankie winner (both varieties no less) TheInjuryFactory was seventh on 15 votes, Reginald Perrin picked up 12 votes to come eighth, Paracleet made the top 10 in his first season with a ninth placed finish on 10 votes and spudmaster rounds out the top 10 a further vote behind the rookie.

The others to poll votes were Freofalcon (7), Dinsdale Purple7x08_24 Raveneyes & toxic (5 each), TubbsFarquhar (4), Mesc & Stokey (3 each) and Mofra (2). So that's 20 people polling votes, nicely spread out!
