From what i can remember his dad is from zimbabwe, born in australia, Think he's origionally from the east coast

Nice bloke as well, very happy he got drafted, good medium defender and can break lines

We will be upgrading Barlow, Van Berlo, Silvagni, and De Boer. So did dont have to use our last pick.

All four players are already on the senior list.

I'm pretty sure they're still on the rookie list. We are using our last 4 picks in the draft to upgrade them to the senior list though.

Maybe it will end up Taz and 44 for 43 and 55.

That way both clubs get something out of the deal... Freo get 43 like they have asked for; but Collingwood really only give away 55, while just swapping places in the 40s with Freo. Freo saves some face, Collingwood don't look like total trading w***ers. Maybe.

I doubt that is high on their list of priorities this week. Otherwise, it's a nice theory and actually quite feasible you'd think.

It gives them a chance to stockpile picks that can be used in the next five drafts.

Give's the GC more flexibility in the future.

Will he still be listed for Perth next season? I reckon he'll push for selection for Freo, but there's no guarantee that he'll play that often.

Yeh we are aware of the circumstances but they are asking for a straight swap compensation pick for Richardson when other clubs (like Freo) are getting players for only a pick upgrade.
