Just wanted it more unfortunately. Work ethic didn't match theirs, and they really put a blowtorch on our weaknesses (centre square work, accountability and forward structure)

Cheers guys. It wasn't pretty out there due to the swirly conditions but it was a good old fashioned arm wrestle.

I'm proud of our boys, showed a tonne of spirit. Makes you wonder why they can't show a little more against the top teams when we get pounded.

Kouta was great, Walker a sensation at times and Teague the rock our defence is built upon.

I've never seen so many thank-yous from one supporter base in my time here.

It's very much appreciated. The only time I've ever lost my respect for North was that game where Kouta kicked five and that was just because I was celebrating so much.

Come to think of it, I think I saw the bloke who threw that bottle at Abraham (or was it Pickett?).

Disgraceful, but it was plastic and nearly empty, hopefully the man who threw it was being calculated.

What, it's not like you can beat any teams higher than you are. I'll be suprised if you win more than 2 matches.
Anyway, extremely proud of the boys. A bit dissapointed with Fevola's accuracy, really wanted him to win the Coleman, but he still got the ball 13 times and had 7 shots at goal.

All in good fun to have some verbal sparring during the week, but it's good form for the losing supporters to show a bit of class after the game. A few of the Freo supporters did the same last week and earned respect on our board.
