Broken his streak of goals in continuous games
Missed out on the Coleman
Missed out on AA selection

In a strange way, I feel like all of this is what's best for him. "Reality check" is a bit strong and not really what I'm trying to say but i think Charlie being a little more 'grounded' may be what's best for him. I'm wording this really poorly but it makes sense in my mind

Hopefully it's also the season where he has a breakout Finals Series

Both Bont and Crippa equally deserving. It was really a coin flip between them. Ultimately think it's fair enough that the one who finished higher on the ladder gets the captaincy.

Not phased with Charlie missing to be honest, rarely played a full 4 quarter game but his brilliance in bursts almost landed him a 3rd consecutive coleman. He will be back with a vengeance next year.
