Obviously no intent. But he hit him high. No damage.
So fair.
Except that eh AFL plays funny buggers with the charges all the time. So it was an argument to the actual charge. They effectively admitted that it wasn't intentional. SO logically the charge should have been dropped. But not in the AFL. Oh well. There'll be worse in 2018.
