Two women allegedly left hotel quarantine to attend a party at an apartment in Perth after flying into WA without a permit, and one laughed at police who rang to check on her, a court is told.

No one seems able to provide a reasonable explanation as to why it suddenly exploded in Victoria alone & miraculously diminished in all other States & territories....I've never seen a virus behave in conjunction with arbitrarily drawn human boundaries before.
