That is excellent. Hopefully Scomo has a copy.
Despite the very drastic measures taken/suggested, it does say the following re sport:

- All sports events and competitions, public or private, are canceled. Important events can be held under closed doors.

If I can't do anything during a 14-21 day lockdown, it would be way more tolerable if I could watch and dribble on the internet about football.

AFL clubs have been told to slash millions of dollars from their spending, with players and staff to take pay cuts as the staggering financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic hits hard.

The AFL has told its 18 clubs they must find up to $5 million each in savings by slashing costs and taking pay cuts across staff and players in an effort to safeguard jobs during the coronavirus pandemic.
