Well going by the sound of today's presser, it genuinely feels like it's exactly like NSW in that "As soon as we hit x percent, we will see restrictions lifting". I mean, unless theres hundreds of cases, he really has put a bit of a date on things now.
Yeah it'll be some easing of restrictions but restruants, theatres and the like won't be opening then. So unless you really want to go for a 3 hour walk 10km from your place you won't notice any changes

The 10km rule I think will be most noticed. Allows people that live a bit apart from each other to meet in the middle. That will benefit me.
