I've got a sore back from lugging that around all day. Might settle for my standard four from here on in.hey thats what we do!
do you engage in competitive shitting as well?
WTF?
Yours was actually funny tooI could ask the same of you.
My post was a joke. Yours wasn’t.
The autumn of my content continues; another 18 seconds off my ParkRun PB and I’m in to the 21’s. The intervals at the track are paying off much more so than anything I was doing on the treadmill.
Even more interesting than your Worldle pursuits. What sort of intervals are you doing?

Running 400m at 4:00 pace (i.e. 1:36), then 200m at 5:00 pace (1:00). At the moment I’m doing 10 x 400’s so about 7 km per session with warm-ups etc.

Noice - intervals work. But they always suck if you do them properly.

No doubt. And to be fair I’m still not quite nailing the 200m in 1:00, there is often some staggering involved.
You doing any tempo runs? Reckon they help you keep your sh-t together when the going gets tough.

My ParkRuns are one big tempo run, by my way of thinking. Go out in sub-4:20, then hold 4:20-ish the rest of the way.
I apply this strategy when drinking IPAs.Make it a threshold run. Go out faster and see if you can hang on. Hurt yourself!
