I saw the TV news clip -I thought Gout Gout was a fair moniker for a sprinterThis will interest NMBB.
It's from a Nine Sport article about Gout Gout setting a new U18 national record for 100m.
"Sprint prodigy Gout Gout has continued his metaphoric rise in Australian athletics with a stunning 100m heat run in gusty conditions at the Australian All Schools Athletics Championships in Brisbane."
With a name like Gout Gout metabolic may have been a better fit? This will interest NMBB.

Well done Manic. A lot of people would have lowered their eyes and walked past.Gotta love werribee. This morning I went for my walk along the river and I saw a person who seemed really drunk and was standing on a fairly high bank along the river. I told him to be careful because he might fall in and there is no where close by to get back out of the water. He told me he wanted to jump in and kill himself. After managing to talk him out of it, he then wanted me to push him in. I told him that isn't going to happen. The police came and took him away. He was so close to jumping that I was shitting myself. Also, if I grabbed him, we both would've ended up in the water. I need a good stiff orange juice

Tough situation all round - the sad thing is he would have been taken to hospital - sedated and discharged within 1 or 2 days with nil or minimum supportGotta love werribee.
