I tried it once with regular yoghurt, but I'm too much of a tightarse - I hated seeing a tub of yoghurt become half a tub of yoghurt. You got the like for triggering childhood memories of my grandmas doing exactly that.

Yeah then it becomes labneh, which my skippy family use to then drop teaspoonfuls into a herb oil & heat seal it in jars.I buy 'Greek' yoghurt, and if I want to use it in a tzatziki (for example) I strain it through muslin for a few hours beforehand, which makes it thicker and creamier. Yum.
Gimp - most of the time you are fairly good humoured - today you are a little touchy and personal - I hope this doesn't last
that was obvious when you posted your "Beetroot man" comment a little while back which to quote you - "showed a nasty streak"Mate.. get a grip.. I've never really liked you.. there's a nasty streak there..
Touchy and personal.. and I hope this doesn't last? I owe you something? Nothing.
Cheers.. have a good one.

cheers and get your own grip - this ain't a one way street you know
As an outside observer I have not noticed this nasty element in TKiL. I did pick up on your beetroot comment and could see you had problems with him. I didn't understand the problem with the greek guards but maybe that is a reflection of my cultural insensitivity or lack of knowledge. The banter only really works well if everyone is on the same page. If friction exists, it affects the thread's ambience for some while others are oblivious to it. Are you sure this is not a situation that can be sorted? My heart has always been in the right place.. I just don't think yours is.. I also take the Mickey out of myself more so than anyone else on here.. so..
Last post so cheers.

I'm getting out the running shoes. All this food talk - I've put on 5kgs in the last 2 months.Brunch this morning -
scrambled eggs, avocado (sliced not mashed), smoked salmon and marinated goats cheese - none of this greek/turkish/danish/bulgarian feta
I'd post a picture except I've just eaten it
And it's such a beautiful morning now that the fog has lifted
That article is from 3rd May and it's blatantly misleading to post it today, considering the return of students todayJmac?

Australia seems a strange place to trial a covid vaccine. There's not enough covid around to test it's effectiveness. All you can really test at the moment in Australia is potential side effects.COVID-19 trial participant explains why he volunteered for vaccine jab

Just had a quick look at covid 19 data by nationality and region.
Noticed that Greece and Bulgaria are going better than their European neighbours.
I don't want to cause a rush or a global shortage, but it's irrefutable evidence that feta offers protection against the disease.
They are testing two things- whether it’s safe and whether it triggers an immune response.

Just checked out the stats. Covid has good taste. It also prefers Danish feta, although Australian made Danish feta seems the way to go.Underrated post.
I will buy some of the good stuff for my buddy JB007 so he never runs out.

For a proctologist he has a very unfortunate name. For a proctologist you seem to have a very keen interest in immunology.
