I assume you're going to brick that hedge.

Plastic hedge. Needs no watering or trimming. It does require dusting so it will still be watered, as will the concrete. #tradition

Nice to know that the new generations of migrants are bringing in the same splendour.

I want to own the first fully-concreted acre lot in Warrandyte. This is my ambition.

This will be the centrepiece that will bring it all to life:

I think whichever vaccine any of us we will have booster shots yearly any way I also think it has been a good achievement to get the vaccines on the go so soon.

this reminds me of something that happened in my parents street some years ago, it made the evening news at the time.

A couple bought a house and the previous owner had a 6ft tall Jesus the redeemer statue in the front yard. The new owners assumed that the previous owner would take it with him, not an unreasonable assumption particularly if you saw him walking the dog in Jesus cosplay. However he left it behind.

Now the couple offered it to local churches but none of them wanted it. In the end they put it on the kerb for hard rubbish collection. It exceeded the weight limit and wasn’t collected. They were about to dismember it into manageable parts but luckily for Jesus a church on the other side of town saw the news report and offered to take it giving Jesus a reprieve.

A house in Flinders was recently built (then sold) using over 4000 tonnes of concrete and 50 tonnes of steel. #inspo

Scomo ordered 85 million Pfizer doses the other day for 2022, 2023. Next year's booster will likely be changed for Delta, which is what the new vaccine race is about.

Like Swipey said, Pfizer is for whimps so no wonder Mr Advanced Hair bought heaps. I'll try source another shot of AZ; perfect for the righteous man.

So Christ was redeemed!

It would be pretty funny if AZ won the Delta tweak and ScoMo was left with a heap of Pfizer that no one wanted. Maybe only funny if you've got a black sense of humour

I am a strong supporter of Southern Europeans and concrete.

Near us is a great vineyard called Mt Towrong. It also has a business called Mountain Gin, which makes world gold medal winning gin. You can get an awesome feed of proper Italian food, Italian varietal wines like Nebbiolo, and awesome gin. It's all built by an Italian guy who also owns a huge precast concrete business which did all the fascias for the comprehensive cancer centre amongst other places. The concrete business seems to be doing well, because he built this big cellar door and restaurant from steel and precast concrete and expanded the vineyard on the proceeds. It all looks great too, sitting on the side of Mount Macedon amongst the vines.

Works a treat as far as I'm concerned. In fact, once I have the money together, I am going to erect a statue of Josh Schache in my yard. Made of concrete...and certain fluids. I should get cracking.

Considering the Mediterranean is one of the mainstay regions for wine, its surprising more wine labels don't read:

This classic chardonnay has been lovingly aged in concrete lined with malthoid, which has imbued it with luscious tones of gravel...

The 2nd AZ dose includes the latest firmware as well as upgraded 5G libraries. Don't pretend to be a tech-head, you're clearly not.

Anyway, it's time we pay respects to the marvellous architecture that European migrants have introduced to sunny Melbourne. I especially like the natural landscape chosen for the front yard so that the house ties in with its surroundings. Sublime.

This is a fraud. Where are the white lions?

Believe it or not, concrete vats are pretty popular fermenters for some whites. I know one winemaker who sourced concrete crypts for the purpose.

Those concrete crypts could come in pretty handy for your dungeon ;)
