The red one is interesting, that could work.

Stay away from gradiants. Go in any section and you will find someone complaining about them. They have no place on clothes let alone a football guernsey.

I like the idea of the red on red, with black outline though. White shorts would just finish it off perfect, so please show us it with solid lines not gradients.

Have done, and as you can see, it doesn't look good. I think a gradient going down the entire body of the guernsey doesn't look the best, but these are just outlining the sash to put black behind it, and make it pop. In this case, the gradient adds to the guernsey as opposed to taking away from it.

Okay, i've done a little mockup with the gradient and non gradient versions of the Red on red clash guernsey.



I'm now starting to think a solid colour outline for the sash would be a better option. Hmmm. Maybe it's just the mockup, but that doesn't look too bad at all with the solid colour...

NIcely done, I do like the solid better.

It looks quite good, and even Essendon fans should be happy with it, as it's not "adding a colour" as they say. (Even though they changed their logo, which has silver in it, but can't change heritage with the guernsey right...)

In my opinion, that's a winner on the Essendon clash.

this one looks like you have got a plain red jumper, laid a piece of cardboard where the sash would go and sprayed over the top of it with black spray paint.

When I was little and playing football with friends, after we picked teams we had to choose a team name, which was a mix of two current teams.

I would always go the Essendon Eagles, so I was bored today so decided to try and make how they would look if they did merge.

and one for the Eagles girls.

My one for West Sydney. Its a bit rough due to MS Paint being used. Ill try do a photoshop one later maybe.




Any ideas what they'd be called? I was thinking maybe Rhinos, or maybe wombats or something or other...

My newly designed Fremantle clash strip. My old one had gradients in it and I never liked that too much. This one literally came to me in my sleep!
