I like the red quite a bit, the white version I don't like the red below the scross, maybe get rid of that and put the red above the cross.

The AFL Logo is american.
change and get the hawk on it to the one hawthorn has on there logo

That really looks hard-edged, mean and nasty, the front outer-stripes the way they are and the back V shape to the stripes at the top. Really great effort. I would love to wear a guernsey that looked bad-ass like that.

**** yeah. I would go and buy that. I hope that gloryandfame gets in contact with whomever when the new team starts organizing itself, has a board, has competitions for the look and name etc.

The colours could work with a few minor adjustments,

Would look pretty good with thos colours. Take the stripes off the back though or get rid of the V shape in it.

If I were a West Sydney Wolves boardperson or whatever, it'd be the one.

The only problem i can see is the use of the main colour.




The new NSW team is trying to crack the AFL code to the people of NSW.

The people of NSW's favourite sport is rugby (both codes).

In the sport of rugby (both codes) NSW have a severe rivalry with Queenslanders.

Queenslanders and their teams are known for the predominant maroon colour.

Therefore, NSW people have a negative attachment with maroon.



make navy and sky the predominant colours (so there is a "dark" base colour in the home guernsey, then add a more crimson instead of maroon colour.

However, i do like the use of vertical stripes. This new team will want to stand out from rugby and soccer, therefore the horizontal stipes and "v"s are out of the question. Similarly, a busy 21st century po-mo symetrical design would do nohing to bring the people of west sydney to the AFL. Horizontal stipes are unique to footy (atleast in AUS), so lets make use of it.

Best one ive seen, looks heaps better with the navy blue, i would send that straight to the AFL if i were you
