I'd leave it the same colour but colour the background to make it stand out. I think charcoal draws attention away from the actual design.I tend to make the outlines charcoal, completely forgot to do it with these for some reason but cool thanks man

No a collar refers to the extra piece of material around the neck of the jumper. All 2014 jumpers have collars, it was the type of collar you were referring to. I understood what you meant at the start, though, using the term 'collar' is ambiguous.It's just a collar. A collar is a collar.
