You might want to make the guernsey outline a bit darker, the white guernseys kinda blend into the page. Other than that, brilliant stuff!

I'd leave it the same colour but colour the background to make it stand out. I think charcoal draws attention away from the actual design.

I don't know about the rest of you but I found watching last Saturday nights game between the Gold Coast and Hawthorn very annoying seeing the Hawks run around in that pathetic excuse for a clash kit. I know I'm not the only one here who isn't a fan of the "Cartoon Hawk". Heres a few simple yet traditional designs that I think would work in the event of a clash.

No a collar refers to the extra piece of material around the neck of the jumper. All 2014 jumpers have collars, it was the type of collar you were referring to. I understood what you meant at the start, though, using the term 'collar' is ambiguous.
