I'm not sure that two-tone hoops are the work of you and you only mate, in all fairness.

I think it's the fact that it was for the same team as well. No offence to Klim, but he has done this before.

I meant to draw a completely new eagle head; end result was a streamlined version of the old head + bonus new slogan that's slightly better than "The West Is Ours".

The Bacon/Warrior logo is so underrated right now

Is my copyright exclusive?

No. The law recognises that two people can come up with the same idea independently, and if they both put them down on paper (or electronically), then both parties can claim copyright. So if you see your design used somewhere else, think about how easily they could have come up with the idea themselves before you go presuming that they’ve nicked your design.
