It's easy to say that, but he has scored two 50s in his career, it's not a great completion rate to get there is it?
he will be used to pinch hit in this World Cup, has a better strike rate than any of the players you listed. If given the chance than he has as much shot as anyone, i shouldn't have said pointless, what you have done is good, i just think Johnson has a very good chance of doing this and hes at odds.. hes only faced just over 600 balls in his career, ofcourse hes not going to have many 50s.

Just got on Sangakkarra at $3.15 for most runs for a wicketkeeper (on betfair). Seemed like a very decent price. Only real challenger would be AB but I think Sangakkarra should have him covered.

think Lenny is the one to credit, he made me look into Canada a bit more and Hansra was at a great price.. hes done very well so far in the warm ups, being promoted in the order in his last game.. lets see how he goes against England today

dhoni came in at five, and made a quick fire ton. i dont think 5 is too down the order. so dont rule out dhoni completely!
in saying all that, sangakkara is the best and most reliable batsmen of all in that group. top bet, hope all goes well

1.85 is over the odds, should have prob been 1.7. but the grounds in india / sri lanka are pretty small, and lots of scores of 300+ will happen. Whith the introduction on T20 players are far more atacking, and scoring big in the last 15 overs will happen regularly. India just posted 360 against NZ, so imagine what they will do to the bowling line ups of Netherlands, Ireland and Bangladesh!
