That insecure, irresponsible egotist, Malthouse, was responsible for letting Eddy go. Mind you, by now, he probably would have foolishly agreed to be recruited by a club with a better team. But there is a long life after football. In that regard I'd rather rely on Carlton than Adelaide to look after me when I retired!!!
