When half the game is played under lights it’s a night game.435pm start time is not night, how old are you?
Remember the early 90s when they used a red ball for the first half, and brought out the yellow one after the break? When half the game is played under lights it’s a night game.
And they werent called twilight games either. It’s just a modern fixturing buzzword.Remember the early 90s when they used a red ball for the first half, and brought out the yellow one after the break?
Like the ones who don’t understand when and what night isSheeez I think there’s more than one on here that started on the gas early
Fun Facts with Grotto
In the last 5 games at AO, the winning team has scored more than 90points to win the game.
In 2024, MFC have not conceded more than 90points against any team. In fact no team has scored more than 90points vs Melbourne since last year in July. Incidentally, it was the Crows that last kicked a score of more than 90pts vs Melbourne, unfortunately in a losing game.
My main concern is if Melbourne are in Gather Round for a holiday or to win a game. There is that uncertainty.Have you loaded up on the generous odds for the Dees though mate?
Good point. Daylight Savings should have ended a few weeks ago. Bloody Malinauskis!!Sunset is 7:06 tonight, the game starts at 7:10
Almost a twilight game
Daylight saving should never end.Good point. Daylight Savings should have ended a few weeks ago. Bloody Malinauskis!!
So solar panels are not as efficientDaylight saving should never end.
Daylight spending is s**t
Many years ago I fractured ribs in a game. Hurt like hell that night. I missed one week then played again. It was clearly still sore but figured I’d be ok.I agree with this. Steven May could well be a liability for them. There's no such thing as a 1 week healed rib. Its still fractured, and he's in the pain management delusion stage where he thinks the pain he's feeling in training will be the same as the game. It most certainly will not!
Having played a finals series with a broken rib i'll almost guarantee that at a point in the game the pain threshold is going to get on top of him (I remember uncontrollably crying in the changeroom at halftime from that pain). And its on the Crows players to put a lot of body onto him to reach that point early. Nothing dirty or outside of the rules, but we certainly should not let them off the hook for playing a guy with broken ribs.
Take every advantage you can get!
There is a very strong correlation between solar power produced, and whether we are on daylight savings time or not.So solar panels are not as efficient

Still have nightmares lolRemember when Steele Sidebottom was sick?
If we do, well Nicks will have no where to hideThe only way we can win this game is to go full blown fast attack. (And hope Melbourne don’t show up)
If we maintain the same stop start chip it around game plan, we could very well be goalless at half time.
If we do well, Nicks will have no where to hide
