Who knew Sandy was such a skank?

Ummm......nah, I'm not even going to bother.....

simple way to stop this dribble - release ALL theso called photo's -including the apparently far more damaging "sex" shots with other clubs players and then lets discuss this birds motives.

Lets also get some clarity around her suggested involvement with Dane Beams and Collingwood players and while there lets also get an understanding of where the Collingwood Premiership rape allegations are at - still being investigated is latest I hear with more to come....
Collingwood isn't the Club that enforced the injunction upon her, so be careful for what you wish and no matter what you and your mate Bonney are trying to say its St Kilda that is knee deep in it right now.

The girl involved in the GF Night rape case is 21. Poor deflection Saints fans.

I thought they'd been questioned about another person of interest? But lets not let the truth get in the way of a good derail!

So what happened with all the evidence and the internal investigation into the Milne cover up??? (Seeing derailing threads seems to be standard when it comes to another Saints sex scandel thread)

But for now lets just focus on what' s "CURRENT"... This chick, after having an injunction taken out on revealing anymore photos/ video of the Saints players (taken out by the ST KILDA FOOTBALL CLUB/ not Collingwood/ or the AFL/ or anyone else... yes taken out by the ST KILDA FOOTBALL CLUB)... executed in a court of law... UNTIL, the true owners of the photo's are established... (yet to be established in a court of law - yet all Saints Bigfooty posters have found her guilty of whatever St Dick said (!!!?????!!!))... yet still she turns up to training... exercising her free speech, and gets kicked out (of an open training session, by Saints security!)

So what happened at the meeting between club and girl to calm the situation? What about the Saints lawyers? Still she has a story she is bursting at the seams to get out...

No wonder St Sexscandel fans want this to go away...

Fairly obvious the TRUTH is going to be huge... (and in Dals case... really, really small)

A lot of other posters think its fairly obvious that its not what you think, so if everyone thinks their own theory is obvious its not obvious at all.

( St Sexscandal isnt terribly witty, no more so than Colongangbangafterthefinalwood , just putting St in front of anything else at all that you want to write is pretty lame actually, but I guess we shoudn't expect more - you seem to think its pretty clever though ).

What would it matter ?
She wasn't underage.

I don't know how many times this has to be stated.

You stated much earlier in the thread that you weren't convinced that the girl had sex with any StKilda player.

Have you changed your mind ?

You Saints posters are your own worst enemies.

You guys are the ones giving this thread oxygen, shooting the victim, shooting the messenger etc.

I'd just STFU and hope it goes away, and not ask questions that you don't know, and definitely would not like, the answers to.

Stop trolling yourselves.

Have to agree with Taita.

The fact is that you always take a risk having sex with teenage girls - In this case it is probably the worse case scenario.

The sad thing is that players from other AFL clubs will repeat the same mistakes.

Also makes me wonder why Hinch isn't going after the Victorian police with as much passion given she allegedly slept with the cop who was investigating her case !

That's a far worse scenario IMO.

Because the cop has been charged and suspended...........maybe if the same happened to the teflon footballers he may not be going after them.

The age of consent is 18 for people under the care of the particular people including the police. This also includes coaches which is why the Saints have been very careful to try and distance themselves from anything arising from the school coaching program.

I think she's been schooled by people wanting to make money out of her situation (ie the 'manager' she speaks of). Hence the 'wanting to make the AFL change their rules' and references to the AFL articles that AFL players have to sign up to.

This is definitely all about the attention otherwise she'd be going about things in a completely different way.

I still don't understand why ST Kilda or the AFL are being held responsible for all this. How is it their fault if a player has sex with her or some players SMS her? What can they do? In grown up land an individual is responsible for the sex-life - not their employer.

Her story changes every time she's interviewed. Now she's getting the police to investigate the AFL and she spent 6 hours explaining her 'story' to the AFL in May but they have not done anything to assist her in any way and are at fault. Sorry but I wouldn't spend 6 hours with anyone that my employees have slept with.

If she is so concerned about the regulations of the AFL why did she sleep with the player in the first place? Would it be an issue if he had stayed with her? Goes 2 ways.

This was investigated by both the police and AFL and both found there was no evidence of any wrongdoing.

Should we get the team from CSI Miami on to it or something now...

Is that the same police that had sex with her.

I agree with this.

There is also lack of facts to make too many judgement calls. Hello Hinch? If the girl can lie about taking the photos she can make other shit up as well (school clinic link), especially if being 'coached'.

Sam Gilbert, Armitage do have a lot to answer for, but the girl is also complicit.

She is a groupie and whether its rock stars, TV personailities or sportsman they will continue to throw themselves at them.

Elvis started 'dating' Priscilla at 14!

Sorry if this question appears a little obvious, but curious as to why young AFL players even have school clinics with 16 year olds?

Doesn't seem like the best idea in the world, and even if the players remember meeting her there or not, it probably highlights the fact that it's not really a great move?

If Victorian Law says that the legal age of consent for sex is 18 or within 3 years of anyone underage aslong as its consentual (Spl?) how did the police clear Sam Gilbert for sex with a minor?

Gilbert's birthdate is here which makes him 24 or we'll go 23 when he met her, which made her 16, does that not consitute for a Sex with a Minor Charge?? (Gilberts profile from saints website for proof!) http://www.saints.com.au/players/pl.../senior/season/2010/selected/bio/default.aspx

Without taking anyone side in this, im curious to see how Gilbert got away without a charge being layed because sex with a minor whether its consentual(spl?) or not makes no difference, its still illegal!
Much to the same way the Police officer is being charged with having sex with her! She said yes but its still illegal! no way around it!

If anyone can answer that, itd be appreciated.

BTW im not having a go at Gilbert or anything im merely trying to find out how anyone gets away with sex with a minor that has been proven!
If it has something do with the AFL stepping in then there has to be alot of Questions asked of the AFL and the Clubs as to how they are becoming bigger than the law as we have seen in many cases in the past with players getting a slap on the wrist where anyone in the public would be getting a much harsher penalty!

Cheers
