They asked him on 5AA last night how many shots the volley goal took and he answered "2 - the first one hit the post..."
MOtlop is one of the main reasons I am one of the few that actually go to Port games every week! Amazing to watch... Sometimes I wish he was more selfish than he actually is.

Haven't you paid attention to the 10-20 threads started by Hawks flogs in the last month? Cyril Rioli is clearly the most talented player/human ever to walk the earth, so you must be mistaken.

**** me if that is real that is seriously good...i know he can kick freak goals but those seem a bit too freaky, especially the flick and then volleying through from a tight angle..probably edited on the computer somehow

seriously though, motlop is a freak, wish he was in my team, all class.

Run a search on youtube, I reckon the Marlon one came up in other videos as I clicked the Daniel one... that was Marlons first game from memory by the way (R22 vs North last year). He is dominating in the SANFL, but is contesting with Krakouer, Salopek, Surjan amongst others for a spot, so tough gig, (he is playing back pocket).

I wonder how many shots he had on goal in total for the complete video.
Chances are he spent half a morning making that video, but all we see is the goals in a short clip making it look like he's able to pick up a ball and slot it from anywhere....

Yeah his first attempt hit the goal post. Sounds like luck to me.
Geez man you sound like you are pissed off that they chose Motlop to promote the indiginous round. Cyril is good also. Oh and the funny thing is Motlop can slot a goal from anywhere so it makes your last comment look really stupid.

Funnily enough, Motlop has kicked 18 goals and 22 behinds in total for 2009 so far, yet I'm a troll for questioning a video of him slotting goals from all angles with one shot.
Do people really think, that as freakish as Motlop is, that all except one goal were kicked straight up?
I'm not questioning his ability, but c'mon people.....he's kicked 22 behinds this year, and you're not going to question whether the video and accompanying story of his one miss is fact?

Have you got a video of those 22 behinds? no, how many did you see? the ones against the Hawks?
That goal that won the game against Freo last week which is shown early, he did that first try in training when the news reporters went up to him that week.
Perhaps you should just admit, maybe just maybe, the guy is talented.
