For six years we don’t have to worry about losing Darcy to Free Agency. The longer contracts are a trend in the AFL probably as a result of Free Agency.

I’m torn on this. It’s fantastic that Darcy has signed on, but I thought the days of long term high $ contracts were behind us after Wrights comments on Grundy. Looking forward to seeing the vitriol from certain posters on this site if Moore isn’t AA every year from here on…
