I have a problem with the thread title. I like vanilla. I don't like Koch.

The sense I get when Koch trots out the ‘little blue-collar club’ line is that he is showing how benevolent he is by lowering himself to help it out.

The sooner he fu**s off from the club, the better.

But we should also encourage any Sydney-based Port supporters to heckle Koch whenever they have an opportunity.

I preferred Koch when Koch shut the fu** up and stuck to asking vacuous questions to drug mules.

I'm more optimistic that you are re: Richo. He's not a happy clapper like KT. It was Richo who put his name to the lofty goals at the start of the year re: 3 flags in the next 5 years, along with the redevelopment of the club, a women's team and abolishment of our debt. I think the alarm bells will be ringing loud and clear for him - he's not oblivious with his head in the sand.

It was straight after the elimination final in 2017 at the post match (and in the changerooms), Ken threatened to walk to the GC based , Koch wet his pants and rushed to re-sign him a few days later for 2 more years after 2018 and gave him the softest hurdle possible to get an extra year ie 2021.

Not letting him walk is probably our biggest mistake in the AFL era.
Should have told him to not let the door hit him on the way out.

We are absolutely going no where under this administration and i cant see the light at the end of the tunnel. We have a football ignorant board who are to stupid to take us anywhere, led by an idiot in David Koch who is balls deep into Hinkley and an ego far to large to ever admit he's done anything wrong. He's grasping onto the illusion he will one day get to tell us all how we were wrong about Kenny, he was right to back him in and how he's so much smarter than we were.

That all started last week when he was carrying on about how its not good clubs that win flags, its good administrations, thats in between asking where all the Kenny haters had gone.

Outside of that, we have got a bunch of yes men and people who don't really care about the club are any sort of success. As long as we pull respectable crowds and just make the finals close enough is good enough.

Having met him, and listened to him talk about his aspirations a year or so ago, I'm optomistic about him.
Reckon if he doesn't feel like he is getting support, he will walk.
