Kelly as it stands is pure luxury and not a need.

The difference is that he can walk and Geelong get donuts if he does.

So Geelong were hoping to get to the big dance and extract Gazz from a club he had taken front end big dollars. Sibling passes away, need to be home, he’s taken the majority of money, AFL want to ensure no stalemate, .....

Picks 20 and 22 while not top 10 picks, are like gold in a strong draft. I’d happily take these into the draft if we don’t get Kelly, but a part of me really feels sorry for Kelly and his family so we may end up paying overs cos we aren’t assholes like Geelong

News in Perth were saying there is a chance Melbourne will keep Hogan another year and trade with West Coast 2019 .
Sounds far fetched isn't that trade period 101 though .

Also adding 3 players by the name of Gaff, NN and Sheppard, not sure if you’ve heard of them Add to that the growth of the young guys we had playing in our premiership 22 and hopefully a bit more luck on the injury front, we should be there abouts again regardless of grabbing Kelly. Valente and Stack would be fine by me if 20 and 22 aren’t enough..

I’d say if he stays at Geelong for 2019 and goes to the draft, you could almost be certain no one touches him after what’s come out in the last week.

No one is going to draft him besides WC seeing he appears to be such a flight risk.

WC basically get him for a packet of Cheezels.
