I Love dennis commentating.

One of my favourite ones was from a couple of weeks ago was a note on Chris Judd.

'Whether its on the footy field or at the ATM, you have to admire his balance!'
Apologies if already mentioned, but i cracked up. Best thing about 7's commentating. Not hard, but he is so much a higher level commentator than everyone else.

This one cracked me up, i couldn't stop laughing for awhile afterwards.

And to make it better, i think went over the heads of his fellow commentators.

in reference to Rutton kicking goals with his first 2(?) kicks in afl, then only kicking a few more in his next 100 odd games.
 
A week or two back when somebody stepped over the line on a kick-out when he said the coach needs to get his players to start thinking "inside the square"
 
Laughed last night after Cale Hooker missed his shot at goal to the left.

Dennis: "With a name like his, you'd expect him to do something like that."

Bruce: "Or something else Dennis."

[massive pause]

Dennis: "That one just hangs in the air Bruce."

That was hilarious...ive never laughed so hard during a football match :thumbsu:

I have just read through most of the pages here and I laughed at two of the examples.................................all the others were embarrassing.

Please Dennis YOU ARE NOT A COMEDIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please just call the game and leave it at that. It is just bad........................................and really annoying.:mad::mad::mad::

And as for all of you who think he's funny, you're all just as bad.

What the guy above said. You do not have the right to tell people what is and is not funny. By seeing how long this thread is and by how much recognition Dennis has got over a long period of time in numerous sports, I think you are way of the mark mate.:thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown:

saw that on youtube the other day and i was going to post it - very funny :D

oh well this thread needs a wakeup now the new season is so close
