Only 17 of Daniel's bones were found eight years after he vanished. The dig at Batar Creek Road was 7 years after William vanished.

Daniel was 13yo, William was 3yo and small for his age. About 17kg iirc?

I agree his shoes and the spiderman suit could have been found more easily, unless they were carried away. Or he wasn't there at all.

That was well within the initial search radius that was quoted a couple of pages back.

That dig was going over old ground and you know that.

In regards to bones, some can be taken back to dens, other smaller remains can be spread further afield by other scavengers.

Anyway, based on my experience, it’s possible. But a local person with some knowledge of foxes would be better placed to say. And I believe they had experts at the inquest who would have ruled that possibility in or out.

They did but her Honour did not wish to hear from them.

But how could that be?

Where is he? It would make sense to me that someone has interfered with a corpse, because I don’t think a deceased William moved himself. Maybe that’s why there’s charges sitting with police regarding interfering with a corpse, because the evidence (which some say is a lack of evidence), points to human interference with his body.

The fox or dingo theory wouldn’t explain that his clothes and shoes are missing, unless wild animals took them farther away over the 7 year time period and they ended up outside the search area.

I'm not going to squabble over the difference of 2.6kgs, the point stands if I'd thought she said he was about 40 pounds.

31550 has a eye for detail and is precise with these things. He has justifiably created credibility..All the people here have established credibility in their respective strengths and had a level of trust established because of it.. I don't yet trust anything new because it's untested. Over time a credibility may be established too. Good if it does. Until then I remain wary. No offence meant.

Just because someone has attended the inquest doesn't mean the posts they create are entirely unbiased and objective accounts. That is determined over time.

Being disrespectful to 31550 serves no purpose other than raising further questions on motive and objectivity quite apart from also breaching rules

AMS said no, suggested bus stop on Crn Benaroon Drive & Batar Creek Rd, FFC ran to bus stop , heard the “scream” , ran back to # 48 Benaroon Drive, got in FGM car & drove looking for WT, drove down Batar Ck Rd, thought he could not have gotten that far, went back to FGM house, ran inside & got her mobile phone, saw message from MFC, she ran out to driveway , just as MFC drove in & asked him “ Have you got William?”

She didn't see Anne Maree until after FF came home. Anne Maree testified she could hear a male voice calling William when she met FM.

I have said that is a possibility. It's not my opinion. My opinion is she did, just not when or necessarily where she said she did. It's also possible she didn't and that FGM made the drive.

07:00 - 07:30 : FFC opens curtains & sees 2 cars between # 31 ( AMS ) & #35 ( Peter's ) houses

FFC noticed 2 cars she saw earlier. FFC sipped & grazed hand.

After a few laps WT suggested they have a race . so they did & took off to the end of the driveway. Lindsay stopped in the middle of the driveway & said “whose that car Mummy?” , FFC looked & saw dark green -grey sedan pull into the Millers driveway & reverse out & leave, she said “ I don’t know , probably the neighbours”

And the FM said she didn't see any cars??? What???
This says she saw the 2 cars twice, but forgets that.
You might forget once but if you saw them twice you would remember and say yes to the 000 call.
