He said he used to test his video systems to make sure the hookup could occur without issues and it was dependent upon the system his contact was using at their end to get the hookup flowing ok. He initially stated on 14th that his video call commenced at 9.15, then changed the time to 9.30, but later during the 14th interview, checked his phone and a note he had made and showed this evidence to both interviewing detectives that he actually commenced the video call at 9.17.

Therefore, we know his presence in Lakewood was verified by police by an independent cctv system in Lakewood. He parked in the Woolworths carpark and also had a view of Khodary Pharmacy adjacent to Woolworths. So he didn't need to drive off somewhere else before he made his way to Khodary after his video call was completed at 9.56. He obtained a receipt from Khodary at 10:19 recording his payment for his script - the detectives interviewing him on 14th did not ask him what his movements were between 9:56 and 10:19.

During the video meeting he had a missed call from a woman he referred to as a 'recruiter' with initials BR (I have chosen not to use her full name as recorded in his statement), and he returned that call whilst he was at Khodary and he said he told her he was at the chemist waiting for a script, and told her he needed to finish the call because he need to get back home.

He commenced his travel back to Kendall and was stopped by roadworks in Kew. During this time he made a call at 10.23.

If there was talk about the adoption on Friday, 12/9/2014, I can't see how the FPs would not be in contact with him. I can see FM would have been all over it.

But what if the FPs found out than William's BPs had found out they were looking to adopt and they were going to fight that?
Could this communication/texts have been deleted?

Like I said, I don't know if I'm looking at the right person but the Salvos and Immigration is connected.

William could have been taken out of the country before anybody was looking at abduction, he was a missing boy on that day.

I've looked at this because of the Selfie he took with William. I think that is really weird and inappropriate for it to happen to a child in care.
How many other selfies has he taken with foster kids?

If you took a photo with a child could you copy that photo for a passport?

Is that a fact?
That time has never come up I don't think.
Unless he put the script in, went across the road to set up the meeting, then went back across the road to pick up the script and pay.
Was there CCTV? That would show him going back and forth wouldn't it?

So if that is correct he could start the call start playing a video on a topic go and get his script come back to the car finish the movie on his work then continue on ? Maybe?
Come on how difficult for him if he is only on a video call. He must have had a tech challenge of some sort to set up. That would mean he was very tech savvy. Vaguely I remember reading some where he did talks or conferences on tech issues.

One sister ... younger.

Picked her up at Pt M airport sunday 14th same day FM and fostergran did their interviews at PtM police station late afternoon.

Fostergran no mention of her youngest daughter doing so.

Never any mention that sister had been in Kendall except GO reference to other daughter he spoke to on phone on Thursday.

BS never mentioned seeing FM sister on 9th during his 1st visit to 48 to inspect washing machine.

He is not looking at the camera. There is no clear picture of his face on the previous photos. He is not drawing. He is just throwing crayons or leaves. He looks thin. He has dirty feet. He can not even smile.
He is not standing up and running around with all that energy. We can not tell if he can even stand at this time. Why does he have no energy. Is there a problem with William before 9:37? Just asking the question.

The 5 released photos from that day were taken within seconds of each other, and I dare say any others (at least of William) that have not been made public were taken just as quickly.

From my reasonable extensive experience of healthy little boys who have just turned 3, it’s impossible to keep them still for even 5 minutes - unless engrossed in something they really enjoy doing, eating ice cream perhaps, or heavily bribed with an enticing reward (that would need to appear pretty quickly )

My take on the iconic Roar photo was that William was really sick of being cooped up on that patio with nothing fun to play with, and that was him communicating the fact.

There may have been a GPS mapping device installed when fostergran vehicle was passed to new owner after her death. New owner related to FM. They like traveling.

The woman in clack camry refetred to by Peter the truck driver was likely the Kendall postie. She fitted the physical description and clothing as described fitted online photos of uniforms worn - black tshirt with black shorts - at Kendall PO. PO is very near opshop and she may have been doing a dropoff or pickup or just having a chat.

I think we can rule out the black camry and blonde woman now? Do we agree?

BTW postie was in Benaroon Drive at 8.45 on 12th. Jubelin stated the time.
