You beat me to it about the ladder.

What about the ladder on the vehicle that Peter the truckie saw? Nahh, too many loose ends, can't be right.

She wasn't removed by the police though. She was removed by the organisation tasked with the fostering. The only time the police had involvement was when they came to her school to question her. And it was reported at the recent inquest that she said the FF did not touch her in the way that was alleged. Quote:

The former foster father was cleared of assaulting the child while implementing a “time out”, which involved him placing his hands on the child’s shoulder and applying pressure in order to place them in a seated position.

Interviews with the child in which they said they had never been hurt by the foster father, helped establish his innocence, McIntyre said. End quote.

The other bombshell that has not been reported that happened at the inquest last week that caused several mouths to drop, was the testimony of the truck driver. He was specifically asked if he had video of the incident. He said no. However, in his written statement, he said he did. It is interesting that he has now claimed he doesn't have video as this would most likely prove where the FM was where she said she was. Otherwise why not show it. So, we should be asking the question, have the police had a little talk with the truck driver?

Correct. His dashcam testimony was confusing & his answers were a bit evasive IMO.

His evidence seemed to differ quite a bit from his statements that were being read from at times, particularly when questioned by Mr Stratton.

He was also asked about being over taken by a a dual cab utility ( when he was leaving the Cob & Co property ) & he answered "maybe" & wasn't sure if one of the cars ( the BMW ) had a ladder .

When he was asked about these inconsistencies he became abit defensive IMO & ranted a bit about weather the ladder was even relevant, weather the detectives actually wrote down his statement wrong, that we should be able to trust our detectives etc


I didn't really find him very impressive as a witness IMO

When he was on the phone to Alan Jones I think he said his phone was charging and his camera wasn't working.

If the postie delivered at 8.45, the blonde lady at the op shop couldn’t have been the postie as the truckie followed this lady from Kew at 9.00.
If this ladies not the postie, I’m not sure of the relevance of seeing her.

Well the final piece of the puzzle has dropped and I've solved the case.
The postie is part of a highly-organised pedo ring. She knows everyone in Kendall and provided the tipoff that kids would be visiting FGM.
Two pedos in two cars stake out the FGM house in the early morning to confirm that kids are there. They are seen by the FM so they drive off.
Then the postie does her round early in the morning and spots William in his Spiderman suit and his sister riding bikes.
Tells her pedo mates to come back (in a different car) while she goes to the op shop to get some different clothes for William.
They come back, grab William just as he is coming near Benaroon drive and (silently) get him in the car and drive off again.
Then they all meet up again on BCR near the riding school in time for Peter the truckie to see them.
Meanwhile the FM somehow manages to drive to exactly the same spot on BCR at the same time but doesn't see the pedos or the postie, but sees Peter, but Peter doesn't see FM.
The pedos take off without bothering to change William out of his Spiderman outfit, again changing to two different vehicles and are spotted by Ron Chapman making their getaway.
Nobody else sees any of this.
William is flown out of the country on a fake passport.

Case closed.

It's interesting the 2 cases that are currently at the top of the crime forum.

You have a bloke (Greg Lynn) whose alibi (death of first wife) is so perfect as to appear contrived. Convenient receipts kept, able to name in exact order each place he went, remembers name of taxi driver etc. Police consider it "over-alibied".

Then you have FM who doesn't remember Arthur from Martha with any chronological clarity whatsoever.

I suppose everyone thinks differently, but I know which one I would be more likely to accept as genuine.

Every single step makes perfect sense to me.
At least, it fits ALL the narratives.

Surely Police checked GO & FGM phone records to see if there was communication with someone at #48 on the Thursday . .. and if so, who did he speak with ?

I do find it interesting that someone other than FGM supposedly answered a GO phone call, and PS said he saw a car in the driveway.

Was GO questioned aboit this at the earlier inquest or was his statement just accepted ?

She said the cars were there on Friday 12th and thats it. I believe her. Nope you cant raise the cars with her ever again. Dont try it on again ... or else you will face me in the boxing rink. When you have seasoned crime reporters having to take sick leave because they felt physically ill hearing those tapes, that’s the level of what the court was hearing.

And Dan Box was there for some of the recordings and providing he didn’t have noise cancelling headphones on (I jest), he heard the tapes too.

But he doesn’t talk about them in his podcast. I’m sure there are suppression orders somewhere preventing them from being discussed on a podcast. Maybe.

And Strike Force Rossan detectives thought it was OK to leave this child in that environment to achieve their own means. IMO

They used the child & were ok with doing this IMO

One person tried and then was convinced to withdraw her book from publication.
I don't have the $$$ to fight a legal battle with anyone.
The other person has gone very quiet on this case. I don't know why. Maybe she has been silenced; maybe she regrets writing the book, maybe she has just lost interest.

Are you saying that police were reporting their concerns of the recorded abuse by a carer of the state as it occurred (eg FF driving erratically with FD in the car) and DOCS/FACCS left FD there until FD reported alleged hands around throat?

alwaysintrigued, do you mean Peter's truck was overtaken by a ute going the same way he was going along Cob & Co Rd (towards the intersection with Batar Creek Rd)? Where did the information about the ute come from?

Was Mr Stratton appearing for FM? If it's okay to tell us, what did he ask about? Thank you.

I have 6 theories.

*Planned abduction.
The group at Kendall.
Known for hiding people (women and children) interstate, possibly overseas.
Supply false documents (birth certificates, passports).
Known for dyeng hair of children, new identities.

Why just William though, and who would want William?

*Car the Crabbes heard.
Someone accidently runs over William.
They pause, reverse, drive off in a hurry.
Paul Savange finds William and thinks his wife Heather has run him over when she has left for Bingo and covers it up.

Where does he hide William?

He does go off on his own when he finds out William is missing.

*Paul Savage goes on his walk and stops in on the caravan lady.
He goes home, later hearing about William missing. He goes back to the caravan lady to tell her about William missing and on his way he finds a shoe. He hides or takes the shoe.
He thinks he will be incriminated because he had earlier been on that trail.
He doesn't know about the proof of life photo which would prove his earlier walk happened before William was missing and he didn't have to worry at all.

Why was the shoe there?

*FM says the first thing she does when she gets up is open the sliding door to see a Kookaburra, she leaves the door open.
The ladder might be open at the end where the verandah is highest to the ground. William climbs the ladder, it falls, William falls.

*I know nothing.

*The police know everything.

I'm hoping for the last one.

All these are my own theories and none of them are fact.
