• Stalking &/or Intimidation on both *Guilty
• Dummy bidding real estate fraud *Guilty

Up to you if you wish to refer to them as former fosters but please write it in full, strictly using the above. No deviations.

The lines were very blurry.

They were allowed to change William’s sisters last name for her school to reflect the FF surname, so that’s not normal for foster parents - for their children to take their last names, is it.

They would have needed to obtain specific authority for the change of name.

It is not a normal process.

I think this was part of their master plan to turn the children into their 'own' children. IMO

Yep and then new identification is added ie facial biometrics and body matrix data and so it continues but prior details and data are still held on file.

The NSW governnent would do the application process and authorize carer connection to each specific child and emergency contact details.

It is very strictly controlled.

They were only carers not parents. There is a huge legal difference.

I didn't mean cropped selfies as in a little photo.
I meant that William face would be used in the passport size photo.
Easy to know what size and type of photo is needed and print it how it's needed.
You don't need to take your child with you when you apply either.
And this could have been arranged prior to him missing.

A case worker might think a child doesn't belong in either family, biological or foster.
The FM had expressed her and William's problems. She'd given up?
And William couldn't go back to BPS.

Case workers can have PTSD themselves about their own experiences

I read that the FPs were told they would get William one month after they were given the green light to become Foster Carers.
And I read that it would be another month before they had William, because he was still in hiding with BPs for that month

I think more likely something or someone 'jumped him out of his skull' or jumped his skull out of him. One minute he was "full of life", and the next it was "deathly quiet".

Australian Government I believe.
Passports and Immigration is a Federal responsibility not State.

No, I don't know anyone in this case.

I thought the FPs were involved but once I started looking at who would know he was in Kendall early, it could only be a few people, and then it went from there.

I also remembered about the Taree group so I looked them up and read what they got up to.

But, William was there and then he wasn't, and I think the FPs are lying.

I was a bit worried bringing up other theories actually but
I have confidence in SFR, they know what they are doing.

Maybe 4 weeks ago.
I was reading the other site but it's so one sided and totally opposite of what I thought that site was about

Then I found this one and have read most of Part 2 in about the last month. Then I joined and started posting.
Thinking new eyes might help, who knows.
Maybe someone didn't think of some things.

Definitely have got carried away slightly.
