A child can use another surname in school for roll call, etc but report cards etc have to be the official name re birth certificate.
How would FD be enrolled at school in another name, other than birth certificate or change of name by deed poll?

Could it have been around the time that Magistrate Dene had issued the first major suppression order aaah no it couldnt have been!

How about when the Allanah vs DOCS case was running re publshing that William was a foster child.

Part of that case was based on the premis that William was falsley known by the public as the biological child ... an utterly false premis ... of the woman who was at Kendall with him. Did DOC use some well hidden precedent to lawfully authorize the name change to support the false ... almost fraudulent (imo) premis that the foster carers were his bioligical parents?

I have seen evidence in a public domain not social media or any discussion forum... that showed the school was aware of the FM real name not the FF name.

Gee Allanah's achievement was absolutely game changing for William's case! A really powerful slaying of the dragon moment. Such courage of conviction and dogged determination and bravery to launch against a NSW government department and team fosters who had considered they were the untouchables!

I've seen a photo of furniture but I didn’t know when that photo was taken so I didn't know if they just moved the furniture after William was missing

There was other furniture too stacked on top of each other and covered by what appeared to be a pink bedspread.... it was positioned at about the 3/4 point between the high balcony entry gate near the clothesline and the end where William is currently believed to have fallen to his death.

The other person was FF in stripped longsleeve tshirt and jeans.

Michelle White Salvo Young Hope boss arrived at scene on 13th. Recently published media photos she had snapped show the stacked furniture placed as you would sit on it. the house was ptetty crowded on 13th.

The bench FF was photographed sitting on by the media on 12th was at the very end of the high balcony ... up against the brick wall of the house above the underhouse garage.

Ok, you’re right - it is an acronym.

It stands for: Non publication order.

It’s colloquially known as a NPO in wide circles. As opposed to Benaroon drive which is abbreviated and understood only by those who follow the case, the acronym “NPO” would be understood by journalists and lawyers, in other situations and with other cases that are not specific to this case or context.

It’s also not a person’s name.

(I am hoping for the best with this explanation- fingers crossed )

I must say that now I am very confused! Initially Benaroon Drive was known as Beneroon Drive and there was a street sign that said so. Was that pkaced there drliberatrly in someones attrmpt to confuse the FM or the drivers of the 2 mystery cars?

I noticed in both FF and FGM walk throughs the small gate going on to the verandah was open.
The FGM wouldn't be used to closing it being there by herself, but if it was open, yeah, not good.

Now I think of it, FD was still there and it was still left open
