The photos are correct. It was spoken about many times today in court today ( I was there ) about the photos.

Time to let it go.

" We accept that as last point of reference. Logical starting point the last photo"

alwaysintrigued, are you able to tell us if there was an explanation given for why the photos are now "accepted" or who decided? Thanks for giving us the news when none of the reporters have bothered.

Ms Callan asked the foster mother why she hadn't revealed to police until five days after the disappearance that on that morning she had driven her mother's car to the local driving school on Batar Creek Road in Kendall, before she had even dialled Triple-0 to report him missing.

'Do you accept when you took the drive to the riding school you could have dumped William's body. Did you take his body to the riding school?'

<italics by me; that question has been kicking around on this forum for a while. IIRC >

Do you know who the woman in the blue dress is?

How do you know she wasn't asked those questions?
Because she hasn't been charged, and she is still under suspicion of interfering with a corpse. If they ask those questions exactly as I have put them they will either have enough to charge her, or they will be satisfied that there is no prospect of successfully charging her. If she can answer them all satisfactorily then they will know they can't prosecute.

Does anybody know why this week's hearings have finished already? Were there ever witnesses scheduled for tomorrow? It seems like a waste of a day, after what seems to have been the waste of several years in waiting for hearings to resume, for nothing. No news, no evidence, nothing.

Lets see what Dan Box's podcast tomorrow has to say on this.
Am not going to blindly believe someone without the detail to back it up.

Great question. And with the huge backlog of cases, why don't all courts operate 9am-5pm, 5 days a week?

who is the "they" you are referring to ? ?

******************************

which photo ?
which exact time ?
What was the context that it came up in. What question was asked and by whom. They appear to be very evasive in the answers. “Just believe me”. If this was only confirmed electronically then there are still issues imho. Just because the police say something does not mean they are correct. If they were correct would we have “spedding in jail”. I want to see evidence.

Too much face saving imho.

The above question is for you alwaysintrigued.
Along with some questions Eaglette01 post in reply to you here
If you are unable to tell us because of any non-publication order related to this matter, that's understandable.

"Ms Callan then asked the foster mother about the search of the area on Batar Creek Road for William's remains.

'Did you have any expectation of William being found'. The foster mother replied, 'No'.

When Ms Callan asked her 'Why Not?', the foster mother replied, 'Because I didn’t take him there.'

Ms Callan: 'Where did you take him.'

Foster mother: 'I didn’t take him anywhere.'"

Wouldn't you think, when asked if she had any expectation of WT being found, her response should have been something like "I was hoping, but not confident". When asked why not, you would think he response would be something like "I didn't want to get my hopes up".

I'm seriously wondering if this woman's got a screw loose.

The inquest will resume in December. Police will apply to the deputy state coroner to recall William’s foster mother to the stand at that time.

There was nothing scheduled for today. The next tranche will start on Dec 16 2024.

'very little evidence that could be considered incriminating has been presented, at least not in open court.'

'There was one piece of evidence heard in a closed court, which we cannot legally report, but there is no suggestion it was incriminating.'

'I don’t believe that if I had done anything to William that I would have tried to cover it up, I would own up to it. I just can’t see it in me.

'I mean how much time did I have, It’s just impossible, no evidence. Apparently there were smells....
As others previously commented "'I don’t believe..." sounds very very odd to me.

"I just can’t see it in me." Again very odd. Shouldn't it be just straight forward first person active (or whatever) It is not in me, or, I would never do XYZ.

Maybe she has been rehearsing her arguments. Or has she been listening to other people talking to her about it saying that they believed in her and just parroting it back.

Or is there a previous footy forum post along similar lines when discussing accident and cover up .. e.g. I don't believe she would do that. She would call 000. The FGM would have seen the fall. the FGM would have called 000. She would not have time to cover it up, make the drive, its impossible. Where was LT. There is no evidence despite the large search. Would a fall from that height have been fatal? .....ETC.

I will do a search through past posts and get back to you.

Lia Harris is so biased. I am surprised that the ABC allows her to be writing this case with such strong personal viewpoints on who’s innocent. IMO

I can’t understand her talking about her child to a friend like that neither.
She might have presumed he was no longer alive by then but ‘skeleton in a clearing in the bush?’ It’s pretty harsh and also specific.
Doesn't she say a skeleton when they are "clearing" the bush. This is implying that the body was will hidden in the first place and not easy to find, until there is major clearing.

I’m actually really looking forward to his episode. I want some long-form reporting on this inquest.

If the bonnet was warm, it drove more than 2 minutes down the road. Anyone who denies that has a vested reason to think that way. I am not sure I like the word ‘vested’.

Let’s be honest about this. For the bonnet to get warm she drove a lot further than the riding school. No evidence of William was found there. No evidence has been presented that she was seen there.

There could have been another car on Benaroon drive. It does not mean they abducted WT. Think about it, drive to his exact location, abduct him without so much as a noise. Then drive off. Possibly this happened. My opinion is that it probably did not actually happen.

When scenarios don’t make sense as this one it usually means there is something fundamentally wrong with the narrative and time line.

The FGM walkthrough is also all over the place from Breakfast at 8 am. The call to Bill Spedding at 9am. We literally need to go back well before 8 am and see what the real timeline is.

Actually I tested in my car driving 8 min (which would have been round trip for FM) and the gauge went to its median heat position. I then tested the dissipation of heat at 40 min then 1 hr. You could definitely feel heat from grill ( not bonnet) at 40 min and barely detectable at 1 hr..the gauge inside still showed 15° above it's minimum.

So your comment that a small 2 min drive (was actually 3 min there then return and idling for 5) is intentionally wrong to attempt to sell your rabbit hole theory. Disingenuous by intent. The heat from car would be detectable at 1 hr..working back from 11..05 adjusting dissipation rate for the 6° cooler temp on the day to my test I come up with 10.10. That seemingly coincides precisely with SFR time window of 10.08 to 10.13.

It's becoming obvious to me you are way too invested to be objective in evaluation of evidence. You want people to join you in the rabbit hole and are now compromising objectivity to achieve that. Just let the evidence guide us all. They are your words but you don't then do it because you want to direct us to the entrance to your rabbit hole.

A car drive 11 minutes has heat on grill ( not bonnet) at least lasting 55 min on that day in that temperature..

Big contradiction to the ‘where’s William campaign,’ and the campaigners saying not long ago they believe there’s a possibility he could still be alive.
I bet no one was looking over their shoulder in the court to see if William walked through the door. (Especially the FPs). (Same as Chris Dawson)

I did not take him anywhere

Maybe

Someone else took him somewhere.

FF, FGM, Abduction
