We weren't very good at all and still won by 57 points. Adams is a fantastic defender and fits our structure perfectly, JJ has been great this season and Boyd finally got reward for effort.

Downside is that Matthew Boyd was very poor, he's looking like this will absolutely be his last hurrah.

- Halfback line is dynamite
- Roughy solid in the ruck, it's his spot to lose
- Suckling is not up to scratch, so shit. Needs to be dropped.

Our conversion is a worry obviously. Our forwards certainly owe our forwards a beer.

The best part about this is we still have a truckload of improvement, both from natural improvement and skill wise (we are well off our best). Our defensive structure has been amazing, two games in and 74 points against. I'm not as concerned as some about the poor finishing, but one thing that needs to be done in taking set shots is that you kick through the ball. That first quarter how many shots didn't make it and got rushed or barely made it from dinky little kicks.

There was an obvious directive at half time that Jake was getting outnumbered so use Tommy Boyd. And he did well, could have had another couple with stronger hands but I'm very very happy with how he is tracking.

Adams, wow, what an impressive first two games!
JJ is a star.
Dunkley has great hands.
Daniel just keeps getting better.

Lots more but 2-0 without playing our best and a % of over 250, life is pretty sweet at the moment.

Job done. 10 goal win (almost) while being sloppy inside 50 and against some good pressure from the Saints.

Adams phenomenal and Libba brings a smile to my face every time he gets it. Even spread of contributors and another headache for the selection committee.

Toby McLean will be one of the most hated players in league soon enough with his constant ducking.
