HBK or Ross, I understand that BAS could not get the licensing to most countries, but why is Russia licensed? They only entered the ICC in 2012, I thought a worthy upcoming country like PNG would be a good addition to the game.

The Russian team are forward looking and nice guys to deal with, that's why they are there. We were open to any team being in the game, it's more about their ability to not contravene any existing licenses that might be in place.
