Nugent from East Freo. Injured but since recovered and a rookie or late option. Being a ruckman he will be considered more than a small for a rookie list.

agree with the Zac Heir post too, the kid will def go
id think so.. i think only 1 cm shorter than his brother... very good defensive pressure... good finisher... only saw him a couple of times this year due to my own footy commitments... would be surprised if he wasnt at a minimum a rookie after the draft...

If you dont go to a SC then you are screwed. Not ONE club nominated you.

In the case of a serious smoky, you might be in your best interests as a club NOT to nominate him, because in that event, you don't alert the other clubs to a kid from WAY off the radar.
You say that, but it happens - You get a real smoky out of a country league, or a mature age player, or someone who went to a SS the year previous.

Or alternatively, clubs have seen you but dont want to nominate you and then subsequently draft you with a 'bargain pick'.

Agree with this.
He's also lightning quick and has a beautiful left foot. His hands in close are superb.
I'd love for North to take him as we are absolutely crying out for his type as a small forward/pinch hit in the midfield type.
However, it seems we're going down the Whyman and Callinan path.

Normally one name comes up on draft day that has everyone saying Who the.

Thats good. I thought I read somewhere that he wasn't even doing a State screening. You don't know how he went by chance Sezzac?
