I refer to druggies as ppl who always use the drug!

And why the hell would u take ecsatcy for, haven't u heard all the deaths and reports from the drug, would put anyone smart right off using it!
 
I think if we look to our footy idols, I would say not too many of them would be taking drugs (not often) and would not be going out and getting smashed everyweek!

If they did this they would face discipline actions from the club. Why would this be the case?

an addict is someone who has lost control of his or her drug use. their lives are totally chaotic, due to the drugs.

I would not classify an infrequent user as an addict, or a person who uses frequently but maintains control.

Yeah perhaps, but just because someone isn't in control doesn't make it right, i could be driving my car at 180km/hr and still be in control, doesn't make it right or anyless idiotic!

What deaths? What 2 or 3 deaths out of the millions of times people have taken the drug? You are a fool.

Irrelevant. Footballers have to make a sacrifice. If they weren't footballers, they would be doing all the same things normal people do (exclude yourself from this group).

Also u don't know what I do and what sacrifices I need to make (if u call not taking drugs a sacrifce) to get where i want to be!

I've seen three of your crow idols in a nightclub completely off their face on ecstacy (PM me and I'll give you there names and the nighclub), so it does happen. Dale Lewis was pretty well correct.

Here's a little bit of info from the 'MBF' website on Australias drug use.
"Illicit Drugs
Those affected: nearly 50% of Australians have used illicit drugs at some stage."
The fact is that millions of people are able to use drugs or try drugs without becoming addicted. There is a wide divide between use and misuse. Get educated on a subject before you spout 'half baked' opinions and myths.

If as I am led to believe from the Music board The Red Hot Chilli Peppers are your favourite band I wouldn't be too quick to judge people who take drugs!:)

It's not about you sunshine. You are the one who is saying the average joe who doesn't have to make sacrifices is a lower being because they occasionally take drugs.

You are very small minded for someone of 19. Usually people are open minded when they are young, and as they gain experience over the years, their minds gradually close up.

I don't know for sure, but you are probably a nerd. It's funny how the average person percieve nerds as people who don't fit in (a minority group if you like), but nerds think they are normal and everyone else (the majority) isn't.

Yeah, sadly they have taken drugs in the past, but these days they are staying clean as while they were taking drugs a former member died from an overdose (late 80's) and their friendship had suffered hardships...now that they are clean, they are alot happier and producing some good work!

What are the reasons ppl take drugs then, Other than for medicine i don't see the reason for taking drugs and ppl who oversdose only have themselves to blame (unless they had a spiked drink or something)

Nah, they are clean, because they have said that they have taken drugs in the past, and relapsed and now say thay are clean and I believe them!

Also, isn't there a reason they want to be clean?

I know people who don't take drugs and they are far from being nerds. It's not the fact that you don't take drugs (your choice), it's you low opinion of people who do, and your uneducated views on drugs.

For many different reasons and you will have to ask them.

I am sure people who take drugs do so knowing full well what the consequences may be and take them on board willingly.

lol, if i was uneducated about drugs, then i would see no probs about taking them.. the way i see it is ppl on drugs seem to have more probs than ppl noy on them (barring recreational users who occassionaly use them)

Which is fine, but if they do get hooked and have serious probs then they only have themselves to blame!
