Jett were your boys at full strength? If not how many would get back in and did you cope any injuries from the game? Dean Disipio looked a little worse for wear after he was cleaned up will he be right?

Abers besides Barnard was there any body else missing from your side? A few of your home growns Mazzeo, Watts and Sayers would be a bit nervous at selection this week. Very undisciplined early giving away 50m penalaties.
Wouldn't be taking Keilor to easily this week they will be very confident.

Did anyone see the Kelior/Avondale game and should Strathmore have anything to worry about? Or are we just going to have to wait for a rematch SM v GV??

GV too good all day. Didn't really get into the game apart from getting to 14 points down in the third. Mid field couldn't get clean possesion thanks to GV's pressure and tackling. Thought our best were in the backline, (Robson, Carrick and Little) although they had plenty of trade and Winter worked hard to be our best up froward.
Don't think the boys will be taking Keilor too easy Nemo, particularly after getting beaten by them a few weels ago. But I'm sure the boys will regroup and give a good account this week. Pretty desperate to have another crack at GV after that effort.

Any one to come back in? Don't expect you to name them but surely you wouldn't front up with the same line up

Expect up to 3 changes.

....and Generalblowoff, thats why its important to finish top 2. You live to play another day and tweak your team up to reverse the previous result.
GV too good on Sunday, but all is not lost.
Enjoy spectating !

Well said aberderdo and Winter did have a great 3rd Qrt,miss about 3 goals I think from around 50 out.

Dean Disipio could have a broken jaw and Anthony Aloi will come back in.

What are everone's opinions on the bump that flawed Disipio?...Didn't look like much and the ump saw it too...Didn't think there was much in it...Just a contest, no 50 mtr penalty etc...

Didn't think there was any malice. The S/M bloke was in the air and couldn't avoid the contact. Di Sipio very unlikely if it is a broken jaw, was playing some good footy.

I was up the other end of the ground so pretty hard to comment, interested to hear what others say about it. just spoken to a mate who follows Greenvale and he said that 3or 4 of Disipio's teeth were broken as well.

I wouldnt right Strathmore off just yet they are a very good side and it wouldnt surprise me in the slightest if they beat Keilor and then won the flag.I wouldnt expect them to do a Marby over the last couple of years :D True they will have to play well to win against Keilor as the boys up the Calder have had a ripping second half of the year and shouldnt take them lightly but yeah could still easily win the flag :)

Hey Waxy, did you get a chance peek at the Marby/Tulla game on the weekend seeing the races were off....recon you'd be asking why Bernie Drebling from Haddy was'nt on the list of recruits for Marby.....looked like they where playing in gumboots running on matresses...whats the mini bus going to do with his team this week against Pacco...a few Marby supporters throwing knives after the game...heard anything on the grapevine...

Wasn`t he the same player(no 8) who decked a GREENVALE player a couple of seasons ago.He ended in hospital as well ,he`s well known for being a hot head........

Ease up Big General,:p

Show some consideration for Cashmore as they prepare for their ELIMINATION match against the low paying Keilor Amateurs.

Greenbacks were impressive and no need for you to blowoff Cashmore so quickly,be patient young man and you may be right on the money.:D

Why will they all be on double time?:thumbsu:

Fair comment I wonder if the prelim was budgeted for? Maybe thats why the lost just to get some more coin in their pockets before they take off next year.

Just getting boring Nemo. I gather from your last 103 posts that you're not a Mores fan. I'm sure were all devestated by that but can't you generate any other subject other than the future demise of the club. You're wearing me out.

If you were anywhere near a senior player in a finals team nemo, you'd realise that match payments only apply to the home and away series...Pull your head in.

Yeap - Not really a hot head anymore...Just hard. Has a knack of really going through blokes which is super...

Sorry to bore you Abers but your last few posts haven't set tongues wagging either.
Obviously your mighty mores are still in with a great chance, give us something ie injuries from the game, the state of Barnards shoulder, the spray the boys would have coped from the cockroach, a winning margin for next weeks game, anything.
Weren't you happy that you didn't have to take the Kirks lemonade for the shandies Sunday as they were only serving mid strengths?

Easy Big tezza, that does explain the lack lustre effort then maybe the cheque book was put away prematurely
