Best leave it at Windy Hill thenHaving the ridiculous Craigeburn wind ruin a GF would be unfortunate.

DSV Stadium in Williamstown says hiIndeed !
Name aside, no ground in Australia is as windy as highgate.

On a very windy day the a miskick can either see the ball end up landing in either the ocean or straight through the window of a neighbouring house.DSV Stadium in Williamstown says hi

Very poor parking facilities at HighgateHighgate! But you can't imagine too many would be keen to trek out to Cragieburn.
Coburg is 10 mins away from Windy Hill too.
If you think its bad when it comes to Coates Talent League games it will be worse for finals.Very poor parking facilities at Highgate

How did East Keilor go in their practice match
They must’ve been stoked because they posted the 15 goal win and highlights on their socials!!

By looks of it. No one. Thats why they played them knowing it will be easy one. Then pump up the coaches tyres and new recruits. HAHAWho did they play?

WRFL B grade below EDFL Div 1 so massive gap in standardNewport finished 3rd in WRFL B grade in 2023...fair enough.
They will desperately need Quick & Silvagni to stand up. Shaw & Coletta have been very solid and both good organisers behind the ball, Shaw obviously elite. They will most likely need Hill fwd and won’t want to force him back where he has done well in the past. Will be keen to see how they shape up in against a more suitable opponent.Me and some mates attended the Newport v East Keilor simulation on Saturday. First thing is congratulations to Newport for putting in a tremendous effort against more fancied opponents. By heck Newport is a well supported club with many people of all ages their in support. The coaching team at Newport is a well oiled machine and the club is clearly functioning very well. Hats of to Newport. East Keilor clearly superior around goal but Newport gave them a solid contest. One thing I will say is the East Keilor coach is very passionate. All in all a good hitout in quiet strong winds. Silvagni has tickets on himself and it is pretty obvious why he failed to make AFL. Will be interesting to see how Quick and Silvagni combine if they both play in the backline. Quick likes to run the show.
