I want to play this but too bad Im garbage at them because they are super difficult/frustrating
Tried Serkiro and Bloodborne couldn’t get into it because I kept dying and starting over once I make a bit of progress.
Fromsoft really need to put in some difficulty options/modes so people like myself who never played these games before can beat bosses/enemies in a few tries

Elden Ring is one of the highest-scoring games on Metacritic and OpenCritic.
One of the most enjoyable parts of this game is knowing EVERYONE is having the same experience. It allows the dev to develop it to their vision.
If you really want that get the PC version and do it with mods, but it will definitely take away from the game.

Told my mates id get in on PS5. Caved and bought on PC. I need this game to look as good as possible after seeing that launch trailer.
Will probably buy and replay on PS5 though.

I've gone the opposite route, From don't exactly have a good record with their PC releases. I'll allow some time for the modders to fix it.

Yeah the only "negative" things ive seen said about the game is how it doesn't run that great at the moment or PC.
from what I have read. The only thing holding it back from being thought of as eclipsing the Witcher or breath of the wild is the difficulty and that not everyone will have the patience to play it
It's really just practice and persistence
I can play the original Dark Souls without trouble now.

I forced myself to grind out DS3 in prep for this. Ended up loving it. Hopefully it translates well.
it's got issues on PC. Stuttering isn't great apparently. Will get you killed
yeah, but now you can just go do something else and level up. You're not locked into fighting 1 or 2 specific bosses and bottle-necked as a result
