Would of sold out in a few hours if it was on the weekend. I rarely miss a game but can’t stand Thursday night games so giving it a miss and a heap of my mates are in the same boat

Yeh same couldn’t be bothered going, just watch it at the pub or at home. Also the disappointment of not finishing top 4 as well played its part

It's a shame a lot of our members can't make it whether it be due to being in the country, work, or school the next day.
The Vics whinged about having the Thursday night final last year, guess we will be stuck with it every finals series now.

It sucks for the supporters but having an eight day break before a SF could be the difference between making a prelim or not, from an overall team perspective playing a Thursday final is a good thing. Hopefully we win and make use of this.
I hate Thursday night games with a passion. Still going, and resting my voice so I can boo for three hours straight, but for the first time in a long time I did seriously consider not bothering.

There is only 120 tickets left for general public.
from a fan perspective, thursday night games suck. i also considered not going but changed my mind last minute.
I think it just recognised the barcodes.

Luckily we don't have school in WA, so that's why we copped the Thursday night match.

Bought tickets and transferred them to a friend so they could print them off, but it still says transfer pending... is this normal or should it have transferred now?
Just got tckets off Viagogo and when I printed them they had someone elses name on them. The face value $18 less than I paid so I assume this site is just on trading tickets. I'm ok with the bend over but I hope the tickets are are real. Anyone used them?

Viagogo can be kinda dodgy, you might want to get there pretty early to make sure someone else hasnt already gone in with the same ticket... good luck!

Yeah I paid $66 each for tickets with a face value of just $35 (section 539 row one) but I'm kind of ok with being bunted up the freckle on cost as long as the tickets work. Having looked into it a bit more I think I would need to be dead unlucky. The original seller would need to have duplicated the ticket, provided a false identity and bank credentials to Viagogo... and after that they wouldn't get paid anyway because the ticket sellers don't get paid until the tickets are used. I sure hope so anyway.
I became an ITW member last year. Purely because I'd like to take my now 3yo son to the footy in 8 years.
The perk of being an ITW member is you get access to finals tickets a couple of hours after regular ticketed members.
