So many people look stupid in this thread. There were plenty of hawks sinking the boot in!

Not just Brisbane....

Geelong's "dynasty" has bought about two premierships in three years. This put the "Greatest team of all" at about 20th on an all time list. Terrific side, but not even close to the great teams.

Was entertaining during the home and away rounds.

Best sides of all time win more than 2 flags. Nearly a dynasty, but just couldn't do it.

Home and Away wins count for naught. Just hang your hat on the two flags.

Arrogance and complacency finally finished them. Look at how they played against Fro last week and how they sing the song after a win. They thought they were good enough to win from any position but tonight they found out they couldnt.

They have been a great side, but in 5 or 10 years will not be remembered as such because success is only measured in flags, not H&A records.
2 from 3 is good, but not special, and not better than 3 from 4 like the Lions and Hawks teams over the previous 20 years.
