Yet despite being fast and getting into good areas and defenders giving their attention to Salah, he is hopeless when it cones to the thing that Liverpool paid huge money for him to do, score goals. Its not just a rut he is going through, hes been there years and its the same thing over and over again.

Need a more clinical striker in that position, Jota is like that but need another.

The stat on Salah being the first EPL player to get to double figures in both goals and assists this season? Nunez was that player last season. Not in November mind you, but Salah is something special this season.

I’m agreeing that Slot will be contemplating moving Nunez on if this current form lasts the season, however I’m betting there’s a hot streak coming.

Yeah, you’re right. Amorim definitely knows what he has in Ugarte (his former player) and Mainoo, so he went with Eriksen and Casemiro first up to see up close if they are up to it at this stage of their careers. We have some very good players, but lots of passengers. Unfortunately, nothing we can do about it right now while we wait for January.

Yeah ange did the same at spurs, played Davies, Royal, Hojberg etc early on just to see them in his system and quickly moved away from them. Amorim gonna do the same. I don't think Rashford stays up top, don't think the midfield stays the same. Plus side was Diallo looked great as a WB which opens the door maybe for Garnacho to do the same. Zirkzee can play in that 10.

United finished the game with Shaw and Mount on the field. If Amorim could get the best out of those two his 3-4-2-1 could work. Mainoo isn't far off. Maybe a better central striker in January.
