Raya used to be overrated.
I don't think anybody, aside form Arteta rates him anymore. Raya is the new Lloris Karius.

Doesn't really work that way with keepers. A clear first choice is needed that always plays when fit cup games aside. When there isn't a clear first choice and keepers are subjected to being dropped every time they make a mistake it actually has a negative affect.
The smart thing for Arse to do is to sell Ramsdale and buy a new young #2 keeper good enough to fill in for cup games and to replace Raya when injured or suspended.

Arteta seems to have decided he is though and that's all that should matter. Smart thing in that case is to move Ramsdale on, some of the stuff coming out from his camp in the press isn't exactly ideal.
