One of my best mates is interested in the league if that is cool.

I would definitely prefer we go either league or overall (and not both) but in the end its just a bit of fun so im happy with whatever.

Probably wont mean much but I think PK's line of thinking is pretty logical (I mean if you guys get a majority vote on how to split the money then w/e do what you want) just based on the fact that there's a ton more variance in winning the league vs higher overall ranking considering its so easy for someone to have the superior team from week to week but have a down week in the finals and lose to an inferior team, and yeah there's also a ton of variance throughout the year anyway with picking roughies, having a good run with injuries and right rookies e.t.c. Just seems kind of silly to have the pay out structure weighted evenly between the two. Just my 2 cents.

Just on the debate. The first 2 years I played I did really well overall and I also won both my league titles. I've struggled overall for the last 2 years and have also struggled in the leagues.

Not saying this proves anything but just my personal experience.

After I closed my $100SC league, I had 6-7 show interest, and even received some money, but I didn't want to risk running another league so close to the season and it not filling. Do you want me to pass on their details?

I would rather they join this league, than miss out completely. I'm not sure of their feelings about the structure, but I'm sure they wouldn't mind too much.

I would prefer if I didn't get flamed, as I'm just trying to help out, but each to their own.
