For so long we have wanted our club defended against these morons in the media and AFL. JB and Euge are doing that. Well done guys.:thumbsu:

When Fat's up against a formidable opponent he obviously tries all the bully boy tactics - shouting, interrupting, mocking, personal insults etc.

As a NM member I was so proud of Eugene when he rang through on his dodgy phone from the car to defend our club against this bloated windbag:thumbsu:. How Eugene didn't lose his cool I will never know.

I now have TWO radio interviews in my highlights memory bank.

Smith prefaced his opening remarks by saying because North are going after Buckley that shows how desperate they are and how they regret turning down the GC offer, can you believe this idiot.
Perhaps this is how he views it, what gives him the right to speak on behalf of North people.

Imagine what spin he would put on the discussion if North did not make an attempt to lure Bucks- Smith would then say - You would have thought North would make a bid for Buckley because of all that he could offer them off the field- he would then add but it makes sense because they have got no money and Buckley would not want to go there anyway.

Damned if you do and damned if you don't.

Eugene was outstanding and Smith was a disgrace, unfortunately we will never change the minds/opinions of people like Smith and Cowro.
These too carry too much bigotry, jealousy and nastiness towards our club for them to ever change or view our club in a positive way.

However, if these people are not reined in from time to time, they have the ability to damage our brand by deluding ignorant members of the public that our club is not faring in the right direction.

Super kudos to Eugene for his efforts in trying to educate the ignorant old fart about the progress and growth of the NMFC- even if it did fall on deaf ears.

Kevin Bartlett also got the chance to ask Arocca about the speculation linking Nathan Buckley to the vacated North Melbourne coaching position.

Are we going to let this disrespect slide?
Can we possibly demand an apology from the radio station management? It's one thing to be abrupt with a talk back caller, but totally another to be so disrespectful to the club CEO. This just shouldn't happen.

Not sure what exactly can be done, but maybe we could consider a boycott of the station until an apology is issued.

I have just sent an email to station management complaining about Fat's behaviour and threatening a boycott. I also complained about KB allowing a guest to be treated so rudely on his program. All I suggested was that management review the tape and take appropriate action.

I don't know if I'm wasting my time but it seemed like a good idea at the time.

It's personal with these two. They hate us (for calling them for what they are) and their monster sized ego's will never allow them to admit it.

Just glad we now have a couple of leaders who refuse to let trolls like these drag our club down.

I dont hate Patrick and his opinion is arguable but he acted like a tool and Arocca acted like a professional.

Speaking in a raised voice and constantly interrupting Arocca, I would have hung up on him, Arocca was brilliant even saying good bye in the end after being disrespected the whole call. It was an adult speaking to a child.
 
He cant wait to say "I told you so I told you so" like a bully boy in the school yard, after all himself and Carro (who is so ugly she made JB look pretty last night) did say that we WOULD be going to the Gold Coast and that must hurt, now they have to put all there effort into making them look like they knew what they were talking about. Maybe in the future any team who have to make a decision in the future should consult with these two loosers first and maybe Robert Walls. Then do the opposite:D
