Send the great man off with a win in a home game.

Adelaide makes sense.

He has nothing left to achieve and it’s not making a difference to our year so let’s say goodbye in the classiest way possible.

We wont be controlling the entertainment being an "away" game.
I'm sure Fremantle will be willing to negotiate since he's a fellow WA man? Maybe put a blowtorch on it and say JK wants derby farewell but Fremantle have control. Guaranteed Fremantle will be willing to give it up

I would love to go to the Worsfold Medal event this year to see the great man sent off in style by the club. How much do tickets typically cost for that event and when is it normally held? Will this be announced soon?

Nothing special about a derby that it needs to be his final game.
If it does turn out to be his final game, he'll get the proper send off in the previous game vs Crows. I reckon he's such a humble bloke that I don't think he will mind too much.

Russel Gibbs on radio:

He also confirmed that West Coast were planning for Josh Kennedy to have a farewell game against Adelaide at Optus Stadium next weekend.

“Certainly that is the plan at this stage. He has still got to get through training to play the game. I know there are a lot of guys that would like to play with Josh. He is highly respected throughout the club,” he said.

Why is the farwel game so low key?
My assumption is it’ll be the biggest story and the only thing they pump up once we get past the GC game. There’s been a bit of a drip feed of this info for weeks, but I guess they don’t want to be accused of looking too far ahead?

Dunno. Hopefully it gets the all guns blazing treatment come tomorrow 5pm.
