There's only so many list spots though, that being said i think there would be constant cycling on the wire for sure if it were unlimited. Have to be put a lot more thought into this way so as not to waste them. As i said np with the rule, just have to stand pat until next season

It simplifies things I think, limiting it to 5. You have to be sure you want a player at some point before you pull the trigger.
And you can always trade still, if you're bored that is... feel free to PM me
O'Connor I still rate but I just don't have the list spots. I'm pretty bullish on each of those FAs. Finlayson and I have had a long on and off again relationship, so I'm glad he's come home. Murphy I thought was a bit special during the preseason, just the way he moves suggest 150+ gamer. Like what I'm reading about him on the North board too. White at St Kilda will continue to develop into a rebounding half back - he's not 100% ready yet but his improvement has been steady and I'm surprised no one else pulled the trigger on him. Hayden has the potential to be a fantasy beast, as I'd said earlier I'd been tracking him before the draft, as soon as I saw he'd made his VFL return I made the call. There are other FAs I like who are still available but I think Hayden, with continued showings in the VFL would've been snapped up quickly.

More damaging than accumulating, sure, but is capable of getting big numbers. Averaged 22.3 touches across 14 Colts games. First game back from injury, in less than 50% time on ground he registered 12 touches, 3 marks and 3 tackles. I can live with that

Normally yes. Injuries took their toll this round: Cameron, Walters, Bontempelli, Cotchin, Wingard, Parfitt, Picken, Kolodjashnij and Hanley all out. On the plus side, with my backwards logic, at least while they’re injured they can’t _get_ injured and there’s a better chance they’re available come finals
Players who are injured get Injured all the time, look at Bennell and Freeman
Warriors have no real injuries (Walker and Lynch aside), but just quite a few regular best 22 types either playing reserves (Mayes, Hall, Ellis) or in generally putrid form (Daniher, Redden). Luckily the depth is good.

Seriously though. With my expected outs for next week including Bontempelli, Cotchin and Prestia I’m probably not fielding a full side :/
Cotchin should be right, I am not sure what Bonts injury is.. Prestia is only in the equation for you if both of those two are missing yeah? You are right though in that it doesn't really matter too much at this time of year, as long as you have them fit and in form for finals.

Think I am about 6 players short of being really competitive in this league.
Would be such a luxury to play Degoey and Taranto forward and Blakely back, if they were to keep DPP for a few seasons.

Nice get. He was firmly in line to get taken back when I took White.. and I had another look before taken Hayden. If I'm honest, a big part of why I didn't take him is that I thought if there's a Saints' player worth having on the FA list then, chances are, L_W_P has already got him.
