Yep, George just didn't get time in front of the microphone because Williams being so far off the pace made him/them largely irrelevant, but you only need to look at his actions post his crash with Bottas in Imola 2021 to see he has been full of himself for a while
IDK if I've just become so good at tuning out Hamilton related news that I haven't seen/heard too much out of him, but it is beginning to feel like Russell is beginning to outdo Lewis in saying flog-ish things this year

09 McL finished 3rd in constructers albeit a ways behind Brawn and Red Bull. Still the car won races that year. Hardly a shitbox middling vehicle.
13 Merc finished 2nd in constructors and again it won races.
If this is the best you have to prove Lewis has done his time in poor cars then your position is looking very very shaky now. You are patently wrong, Lewis has never driven a shit box nor a middling car that cannot win races/podiums as Alonso, Vettel and Schumacher all did.

Yep we finished 3rd in the constructors, but Red Bull in 2nd had double our amount of points.
Lewis won 2 races / 4 podiums, Kovalainen was nowhere near it, Lewis scored double his points, with best result being 1 fourth. I think you will find the results had a lot more to do with the driver than the car. It was a shitbox, and pretty much in the same position Mercedes is now.

Has Alonso enhanced his reputation in a middling car, outperformed his team mate consistently in it, and driven like a champion? YES!
Vettel was incredible in the Torro Rosso in 2008, a car that was very bog average. The Aston has been equally Bog average the past 2 seasons last year seb did his best with what he got...he didnt sulk and he got some results out performing Stroll. This year he is struggling.
The point remains...Hamilton has never been in a bog average car, nor performed in one. All we have to go by is this year, and his attitude has been petulant and sooky.

Why on earth do any of you care what his attitude is like? The guys won 7 world championships, I think he's earned the right to voice when he's unimpressed.

Toto is a moron and only saying that because Merc aren't at the top. Ferrari and Red Bull are streets ahead with Merc comfortable in 3rd. After that the midfield is tighter than a nuns campaigner and flip flops from race to race. It is far from boring.
