Does Doohan even make Race 1?

I think very few would be picking Doohan over Colapinto in a race at this moment in time.

He'll make Australia, who knows after that.

Managers will be pulling their drivers out of the Alpine Academy immediately.

Across all his races Colapinto was just okay, I thought. After Azerbaijan I thought he definitely deserved a grid place in 2025 but the feeling wore off as the season came to an end. Just don't think it's a foregone conclusion that Doohan needs to move to make way for him.

There will also be 3-4 seats to be filled at the end of the year anyway, including the two at Cadillac. You'd think RB and Tsunoda will mutually part ways at the end of this season.

This is true, Red Bull have been/are interested in him. With Honda out at years end you'd think Yuki will be on the move.

I dare say Cadillac will have one US based driver, Palou being my guess.

I dont think its a foregone conclusion Jack goes, but its fairly obvious Flav will get an itchy trigger finger if Gasly is running in the 10 and Jack struggles to get out of Q1.

Four guys came up this year but it's a bit of an outlier because Antonelli is looked at as a generational talent, Hadjar timed it right with Perez's demise and Bearman just got really lucky that Sainz's appendix self destructed in March

It all depends who they have coming through after him and whether he does enough to be in contention for the RBR seat. Don't know who else they have but Lindblad looked good in F3.

Hadjar is less of a loose cannon than Yuki but his junior career showed signs of him going to water when the pressure was on.

I don't see it but he might excel in F1.

Drugovich and Pourchaire definitely deserved a go. Aron and Maloney, they were decent but hardly fok smashed the door down.

Bearman was always going to end up at Haas but it was definitely accelerated by Jeddah.

Cadillac are pretty keen on Herta, he'll be the American if anyone.

There is no guarantee verstappen stays. This year will be interesting for redbull if they drop off alot it could push him out

Tbh I still don't know how bearman got a seat he was just lucky I don't think he's good enough yet.
Personally I'd pick aron ahead of all of those guys except maybe antonelli it will be interesting to see who he tries to go to (won't stay with alpine surely).

It's pretty simple for Jack. He just needs to be quick and keep it clean. They will have relative data on the pair from testing/sims etc. He s a better driver than Colapinto IMO.

If it's down to $$ he's ****ed anyway but that will come out.
